QUESTIONS: Utilities demands?
HVAC design / engineering? Tool fit-up?
Process piping sizing? Overall
fab design? Facility system size?
ANSWER: AGI’s FabTech 5.0© Utility Matrix Program. |
|
HOW: FabTech 5.0©
uses a database for each project and aggregates and diversifies all utilities, in
groups specified by the user. The
user generates a tool library to draw from.
OUTPUTS:
•
Utility information for each tool, each area, each
•
List of tools in the facility
•
Total require
FEATURES:
•
Client-server database architecture to insure data integrity
•
Preformatted, professional reports
•
User-friendly graphical user interface
•
Can correspond to CAD layouts, giving location detail for all
services
•
Database search for specific utilities returns all pertinent
equip
•
User-specified diversification factors by area for any utility
•
Proven ability to calculate heat load to room for HVAC analysis
•
Fifteen years of proven microelectronics industry acceptance
WHAT’S NEW:
•
Support Equip
•
Renumbering and renaming areas and all equip
•
Renaming and renumbering areas will automatically update all
equip
•
Smaller reports, reports only print tools and areas where the
utility is used.
•
A field has been added to track tools by serial number.
•
Specialty Gases and Chemicals can now be aggregated.
•
Renumber tools from a user interface and support equip
•
Contains more information required for tool fit-up such as pipe
sizes, connection ID’s and Valve ID’s
•
Specialty gases and chemical reports printout with hazardous
classification.
•
Move tools from one area to another with ease.
•
Select specialty gases from a predetermined list to ensure
correct terminology throughout the project.
•
When adding gases and chemicals, you now have the option to
select different units for flow and pressure. These are then converted to a
common unit and aggregated in the reports.
•
Specifications for load type and tool throughput.
