Mechanical Engineer needed for fast paced High Tech Consulting Company located
in

Duties
Include:
●
Cleanroom Design
from Programming through Construction Administration
●
Cleanroom design
calculations to insure clean class, temperature and humidity requirements are
met.
●
Cleanroom HVAC
Design and Design Review
●
Characterization
and Biosafety Lab HVAC Design
●
Ultra High
purity piping design for HPM Labs and Cleanrooms
●
Process systems,
piping and plumbing design for Cleanrooms and Labs.
●
Develop HVAC and
process system/piping design concepts to support User needs
●
Analyze code
requirements based on HVAC Design.
●
Write and
Maintain construction specifications for HVAC equipment, and Process systems
such as specialty gas, house gas, DI water, Process Cooling Water, Acid Waste
Neutralization, and Exhaust systems.
(In conjunction with Chemical PE)
Qualifications:
●
Knowledge of
HVAC, process systems and piping products for the semiconductor industry is
required.
●
Cleanroom design
experience is required.
●
A minimum of 3
years Cleanroom HVAC or Process systems experience is required, 4-7 years
preferred.
●
25% to 30%
travel required.
●
Computer
Skills required: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint.
●
Writing
Skills required: English language specification writing, reports, and
memoranda.
●
US Citizenship
or permanent residency required.
●
Cleanroom
construction experience is a plus.
●
Knowledge
of Semiconductor Chemical and Gases, purity requirements, and their
compatibility with piping systems is a plus.
●
Knowledge
of PVD, Diffusion, PECVD, Wet and Dry Etch, Photolithography Processes a plus.
●
Tool install
design experience is a plus.
●
AutoCAD Skills a
plus.
●
Environment,
health and safety experience and interest is a plus.
Education:
●
BS
in Mechanical Engineering
●
Professional Engineering License in at least one State, preferably
