Why Use Factory / Cost Modeling?
AutoSimulations' AutoSched and AutoMod Discrete Event Simulation
AGI has used AutoSimulations' AutoSched and AutoMod discrete event simulation software to investigate the dynamic interactions and operations of our clients' factories. Developing simulation models of our customers' factories allows AGI to visualize the possible ramifications of proposed process and/or tooling changes before they are made to the actual manufacturing line. Proposed substrate size increases and automation ideas can be effectively evaluated using discrete event simulation. AGI has also developed solutions for improving our clients' current production and dispatching rules, tool layouts, and operational procedures with simulation.
