She manages all the business, legal and financial aspects of AGI as well as human resources and administrative support. All of our administrative, marketing, and computer technology staff report to Michelle.
   
  April Rossrucker | Business Development Manager
April has been with AGI for 10 years, and currently manages our business development activities. If you want to know how AGI can help your Semiconductor, Flat Panel Display, Nanotechnology, Photovoltaic, Biotechnology or MEMS company, she's the one you want to talk to. Her broad experience includes all aspects of project coordination, accounting and auditing. Her marketing and sales experience includes the support of sales accounts, contract administration, corporate contract coordination and support.

  Laura Chapman | Marketing Specialist
In her 8 years with AGI, Laura has worn many hats. She assists with the business development activities, conducts market research, coordinates AGI's involvement in trade shows and technical conferences, and is the AGI webmaster and in-house graphic design artist. She also supports the technical staff as an Engineering Technician specializing in project organization and coordination, contact lists, document control, plans and specification project organization.

  Lauren Wymore | Administrative Office Coordinator
Lauren provides the day to day support our office needs to stay up and running. She also supports our technical staff as an Engineering Technician, accountable for numerous tasks which incorporates the preparation of necessary documents for advanced engineering deliverables. 
   
  Christian Pantle | IT Manager
Christian keeps our team up to date with the newest technology and software solutions, and provides the technical support needed to keep our engineers efficient. He is responsible for AGI project databases, schedule and client communications using a wide variety of hardware and software tools.
   
  Dorothy Machorro | Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator
Dorothy provides support to our Marketing and Business Development team as well as day to day office coordination activities to keep us working efficiently.
